wonderful! I was able to find and buy a house while still in Houston, thanks to Mary Benson who performed beyond expectations. I could not have done without her help.I contacted Mary from Houston Texas and she met with my daughter to look at some houses. The house we eanted was not on the market but Mary did researched the property and discuss the possibility of making an offer on the house. Ms Benson was in constant contact with my daughter and I helping us through every step in the process, assisting us with patience and professionalism, not only until closing but beyond that, providing my young daughter with things she needed to stay at the new house before, during and after the work needed was done. She found a handy man to do the work , making it so much easier for my daughter and I, so that we did not have to go through a lot of the stress that comes with moving. As an individual wanting to sell a home in a location I did not know, I was given a recommendation to call Mary and I did. Now that it is over I am very pleased and happy I followed that recommendation. Mary was incredibly professional through the whole process and made every effort to help get the home to market and sold in a very short period of time. She also helped get the Title company to accommodate the schedule I had to be able to come to the location and sign the papers needed to finish it up. Mary Benson is wonderful ! We are living in San Jose and this is the very first time we buy the house !
